- Our Approach -

Mark Regalbuto and Andy Meihaus created Renew Urban Charleston in 2007 with the vision of filling a building niche in the Charleston, South Carolina market by providing a sophisticated, turn-key product for even the most discerning clients across the nation. By assembling a team of equally energetic and trustworthy individuals, Renew Urban quickly developed into the company it is today, a boutique style construction company that takes pride in its professional and personalized relationships with both residential and commercial clients. Our team brings experience in historic preservation and restoration as well as high-end new construction to make Renew Urban the ideal, conscientious, Charleston-area builder. Our unparalleled quality and value can be seen from a diverse array of completed and in-progress jobs downtown and on Kiawah Island.

Regardless of project size, our goal is to always exceed our client's expectations by providing an assigned project manager with daily managerial site visits and constant communication with updates to the client to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specific desires.

In 2014, Fellowship Building Company was created as a division of Renew Urban Charleston to better serve our Kiawah Island clients.
